Technical Sales Representative

TXM are working with a client who are a global leader in the manufacturing of machining tools and fabrication accessories.

Our client is looking for someone to join the sales and technical team with expanding and maintaining customer. This role will require someone who can travel nationwide to visit customers.

For this role, you will be responsible for:

Preparing and delivering sales/technical presentation and demonstrations of our products and services.

Generating sales leads, negotiating prices and completing sales

Assisting customers with installation queries and product issues.

Achieving sales quotas and team sales goals

To qualify for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following:

NVQ Qualification in engineering/welding or time served within welding/fabrication.

Proven experience in technical sales and customer account management.

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret basis engineering drawings

Willingness to travel – the role is UK based with most travel being domestic but may, from time to time, require some international commitment

Full UK Clean Driver licence
