Role Overview

My client, a managing agent, seeks an Estates Facilities Manager to oversee multiple buildings located in the West End of Central London. The portfolio primarily consists of office sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for service partners and coordinate their activities on a daily basis.
  • Engage closely with tenants and attend meetings with portfolio owners.
  • Report to the Head of Facilities Management and pursue opportunities for career development within the organisation.
  • Plan, manage and complete all on‑site projects from inception to completion, including selecting and appointing contractors.
  • Develop and administer service charge budgets.
  • Provide flexible working arrangements where needed.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in facilities management of multiple offices in close proximity sites.
  • Industry qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
  • Strong project management and contractor appointment skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing site requirements.
