Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions aligned to business needs
  • Drive process improvement across core HR activities, ensuring consistency and efficiency
  • Support and influence organisational change, helping embed best practice
  • Lead on employee relations matters, providing pragmatic and commercially sound advice
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Analyse HR data and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively with wider HR teams to ensure a joined-up approach

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Strong track record of improving and embedding HR processes
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
