This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll shape the technical direction for iOS and Android, drive engineering standards, and deliver scalable, modern mobile experiences integrated with core business systems.

The Role

  • Lead and mentor a team of mobile engineers
  • Own technical design and architecture for mobile applications
  • Set direction across iOS and Android platforms
  • Work closely with Product, UX, and wider engineering teams
  • Drive best practices across CI/CD, testing, and delivery
  • Champion modern frameworks and emerging technologies
  • Ensure scalable integrations with backend and third‑party services

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong experience building iOS and Android applications
  • Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or Engineering Manager
  • Flutter or React Native experience desirable
  • Experience with B2C / customer‑facing mobile apps
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and mobile architecture
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
  • Passion for mentoring and building high‑performing teams
