An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong NEC contract knowledge and civil engineering experience. You will take ownership of the commercial management of live projects from inception through to final account, working closely with operational and senior leadership teams. Full commercial management of NEC contracts Preparation and agreement of interim applications and final accounts Management of change control and compensation events Subcontract procurement and commercial oversight Cost reporting, forecasting, and risk management Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff Protecting margin and driving commercial performance This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident managing projects independently while collaborating across site and commercial teams.
