Key Responsibilities Senior Quantity Surveyor Manage a portfolio of projects valued at approximately £20M Provide commercial leadership and support to junior Quantity Surveyors Review, appoint, and manage subcontractors and supply chain partners Monitor project costs, variations, and change control Identify commercial risks and opportunities to maximise project value Work closely with operational teams to ensure accurate cost and data reporting Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements HNC / Degree (BSc) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management Minimum 5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or utilities Experience working for a main contractor or subcontractor Proven track record of managing infrastructure or water sector projects Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills Hybrid working model Long-term secured work through a 5-year framework Career progression within a growing infrastructure contractor Apply Now This Senior Quantity Surveyor role in Exeter is available immediately.
