Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and delivery of modern, web-based applicationsImprove codebases, development practices, and deployment processesMentor engineers and foster a culture of collaboration and high performanceBuild APIs, scalable architectures, and cloud-based platformsWork within Agile and DevOps environments to deliver robust solutionsPartner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design effective systems
About You Extensive experience with C#, .NET, and SQLStrong expertise in Azure and Azure cloud adoption frameworksProven track record in API developmentand modern system architecturesAt least 3 years experience in a leadership roleStrong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressureHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, testing, and code reviewsExcellent communication skills, able to work effectively with diverse teamsBackground in Agile methodologiesEligible for SC Clearance
