We’re hiring for a Recruitment Consultant / Coordinator to join a high-performing team in Stockport. You’ll be part of an established business with over 40 years of success, known for developing people, promoting internally, and creating a supportive, high-energy environment where hard work is rewarded.

The Recruitment Consultant / Coordinator Role

  • Work in a busy, fast-paced recruitment environment supporting and driving sales activity
  • Build relationships with candidates and clients across commercial roles
  • Manage the full recruitment process from attraction to placement
  • Interview candidates face-to-face and via video
  • Write and manage job adverts, handling high volumes of applications
  • Source candidates using multiple methods and build a strong talent pipeline
  • Work towards and exceed sales and performance targets
  • Support business development by identifying and generating new leads

About You

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment is essential
  • Experience in a coordination, customer service or sales-based role
  • Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed and earn
  • Organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Previous recruiter or sales experience is beneficial but not essential
