We’re looking for professionals who share our passion for believing in better and who will help us continue to grow.
What does Access offer you?
We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career. On top of a competitive salary, we provide 25 days leave a year, a health contribution and three charity days that you can allocate to a cause that matters to you.
About you
You enjoy working at the point where Payroll, HR and technology meet. You like getting into the detail, but you also know how to step back and explain things clearly to customers. You understand the full Payroll and HR lifecycle, feel confident working with UK Pay As You Earn (PAYE) rules and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements, and handle sensitive data accurately and responsibly. You are organised, calm under pressure and enjoy working as part of a project team to deliver solutions that genuinely help customers run their people processes better.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
- Implement and configure Human Capital Management (HCM) software, including Payroll, HR and Employee Self Service, to meet customer needs.
- Run end‑to‑end solution walkthroughs, training sessions and customer presentations, both remotely and on‑site.
- Gather, validate and document customer requirements using structured project delivery approaches.
- Manage Payroll and HR data, including collection, validation, reconciliation and parallel payroll runs to support successful go‑lives.
Your skills and experiences you might also have
- Experience with payroll outside the UK, such as working with other tax authorities like Revenue Online Service (ROS) in Ireland.
- Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle payroll processing, including onboarding, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) submissions and pension auto‑enrolment.
- Strong data skills, with confidence using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar reporting and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with payroll software implementation, Real Time Information (RTI) processes and database structures, with a payroll qualification such as CIPP as a bonus.
