You will work within a team that manages a variety of work for defendant clinical negligence clients, including NHS Resolution and insurer/medical malpractice clients. They are award‑winning, having received major recognition over the last few years – of which they are very proud.
You will run a caseload of clinical negligence files, including drafting reports, interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements, instructing experts, instructing counsel, attending court for case‑management conferences and application hearings, negotiating settlements, holding conferences with counsel, and preparing for and attending trials and mediations.
