In this role, you will own and drive all global performance media channels planning and execution, increase consumer & client awareness and traffic across Omni channels. While working to define, monitor and report on all media ROIs and KPIs. 

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Paid Media 

  • Lead media strategy that serves the brand objectives, including all paid media channels, e.g. OHH, Print, Digital, etc. 
  • Partner with 360 project teams to provide informed counsel on media strategy and resources. 
  • Manage media briefing process with media agencies, including briefing notes and follow-ups. 
  • Manage media site visits, co-ordinating with journalists and site teams to ensure smooth delivery. 
  • Proactively identify, develop and support delivery of new media opportunities. 
  • Give input to the brand & content team with regards to assets needs for media campaign. 
  • Work with media agency and Insights team to track media results, learning and implications. 
  • Build one-on-one relationships with key international top tier and trade journalists on behalf of the business. 
  • Performance Media 

  • Manage a direct report of Performance Media who is responsible for all global performance media channels (Digital Search, Programmatic, SEO) as outlined below.
  • Programme global and local performance media plans in line with business objectives. 
  • Manage global performance media calendar, budget and reporting (ROI/KPI tracking). 
  • Manage all performance media briefing/planning/implementation process, across agencies and all markets globally.
  • Coordinate creative content planning/sharing for all performance media channels. 
  • Manage all third party performance media investments/campaigns, e.g. NAP.
  • Liaison with brand marketing, product marketing and social teams to ensure consistent brand communications messages and content. 
  • Partner with commercial and UX teams to improve Omni experience and ecommerce business. 
  • Social Media 

  • Manage a direct report of Social Media who is responsible for social media strategy for global platforms and China specific platforms as outlined below. 
  • Create a content strategy across Instagram, Insta Live and Stories, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, Google+, WeChat, Weibo, Youku, in partnership with content and brand marketing teams as well as external agencies. 
  • Become main point of contact and centre of expertise for algorithms optimisation of all platforms.
  • Track and evaluate all platforms’ successes/opportunities and process improvement.
