Human One Global is partnering with an exclusive, high-end establishment in the heart of Mayfair to recruit an exceptional Specialist Chef specializing in Arabic or Chinese cuisine.

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, from 4 pm to 12 am

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations
• Supervise and guide the kitchen brigade to ensure consistency in quality and presentation
• Manage food preparation and service in alignment with brand standards and health & safety regulations
• Contribute to menu development and creative seasonal updates
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organization

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or CDP in a luxury hospitality or fine dining setting
• Expertise in Arabic or Chinese cuisine
• Legally eligible to live and work in the UK
