12-Month Contract

We’re looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Junior Multimedia Designer & Content Associate to support the development of engaging digital learning content within a global learning function.

This is a hands‑on role combining visual design, multimedia creation and content production, working closely with learning designers to bring digital learning experiences to life.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality visual and multimedia assets that support digital learning programmes, including e-learning modules, animations, infographics and supporting content.

Working from detailed storyboards, you’ll transform concepts into engaging, user‑friendly learning materials, ensuring consistency in design, usability and brand standards across a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Content Creation

  • Create engaging visual assets, including animations, infographics, diagrams and multimedia content
  • Build e-learning modules from detailed storyboards using authoring tools
  • Design content that is visually appealing, accessible and aligned to brand guidelines

Multimedia Development

  • Produce and edit video, audio and interactive content to support learning experiences
  • Apply strong design principles across layout, typography, colour and user experience
  • Work closely with instructional designers and learning teams to enhance content through visual storytelling
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual formats

Quality & Consistency

  • Ensure all outputs meet quality, usability and consistency standards
  • Support proofreading and user acceptance testing of digital learning content
  • Maintain consistency from storyboard through to final delivery

Content & Asset Management

  • Source and manage stock imagery and design assets
  • Ensure all materials are suitable for a global audience

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
  • Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign)
  • Experience with digital learning tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, gomo or similar
  • Strong PowerPoint skills (for visual storytelling and content creation)
  • High attention to detail and strong design fundamentals
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team, managing deadlines effectively
  • Exposure to e-learning or digital learning environments
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation or design
  • Understanding of designing for global or regulated environments
