Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial fit-out projects across London, with project values ranging from 100k to 2m. • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple electrical fit-out projects simultaneously
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all on-site electrical activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
• Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor packages

Electrical Project Manager Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial fit-outs
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and regulations
• Experience managing projects ranging from 100k to 2m
• Excellent communication andmanagement skills
• Commercial awareness and cost control experience
