Job Description:

Our client, operating in the water sector, is currently seeking a MEICA Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced M&E Project Manager to play a crucial role in managing and delivering water projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation) projects from conception to completion
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget constraints
  • Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless project integration
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Overseeing procurement of materials and equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
  • Providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Preparing and presenting project status reports and documentation

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Mechanical and Electrical project management, particularly within the water sector
  • Strong knowledge of MEICA systems and their implementation
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
