London£75,000 – £90,000 + Package + Long term secured works + MORE  A leading M&E fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their expanding London team, delivering projects typically ranging from £5m–£10m+. With a reputation rapidly growing across the London market, this contractor is led by a board of directors who have all progressed internally, creating a culture that genuinely values its people. Backed by a strong pipeline of secured work and repeat clients, this is a long-term opportunity offering both stability and progression.

The Role:

• Managing electrical packages from pre-construction through to handover
• Overseeing power, lighting, containment, and life safety systems
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme milestones are met
• Working alongside commercial and site teams to drive project success
• Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering electrical packages on £5m+ projects
• Strong technical understanding of electrical building services
• Experience within M&E contractors or specialist electrical subcontractors
• Ability to manage budgets, programmes, and stakeholder relationships
• Professional, driven, and solutions-focused
• Electrical qualifications relevant to construction electrical install work
