Key Responsibilities of the Planner:

  • Develop, manage and maintain detailed construction programmes
  • Work closely with project teams to monitor progress and identify risks
  • Produce short-term and long-term project plans
  • Provide regular reporting and programme updates to senior stakeholders
  • Support tender planning and project delivery teams
  • Liaise with site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Assist with delay analysis and programme optimisation

Requirements of the Planner:

  • Previous experience working as a Planner within the construction sector
  • Strong knowledge of construction planning and project controls
  • Experience using planning software ASTA 
  • Ability to manage multiple project programmes simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Main contractor experience would be advantageous
