The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cookhouse Supervisor to join a busy food production environment in Evesham. This is a hands‑on supervisory role with responsibility for overseeing daily food production operations, maintaining standards, and supporting the team.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a food production supervisor role (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a production team
  • Comfortable working early shifts in a fast‑paced environment
  • Reliable and detail‑focused approach to work
