Management Accountant / Ayrshire / Salary circa £47k / Permanent

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the coordination and review of working capital reporting packs for internal and group purposes.
- Supporting financial modelling and forecasting processes across supply chain, materials, and general supplies.
- Holding monthly reviews with supply chain managers, challenging performance and driving accountability.
- Reviewing cost variations, purchase price variances, and supplier claims.
- Reconciling and ensuring integrity between SAP Bills of Material and financial records.
- Preparing detailed financial performance reports for both European and US leadership.
- Managing large volumes of data and turning it into clear, actionable insights.
- Building strong relationships with auditors, suppliers, and wider business stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvements in reporting, forecasting, and process integrity.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong SAP knowledge and proven experience in inventory or supply chain finance.
- A degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience (full qualification not essential).
- Excellent Excel and IT skills, with exposure to tools like TM1 being a bonus.
- Great communication skills and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for process improvement.
