Senior Project Manager – M&E (Mechanical Bias)

We are working with a growing M&E contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee projects across London on a long‑term basis. This is a key hire for the business and would suit someone confident taking full ownership of projects from pre‑construction through to delivery, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into live works.
The role offers real scope to establish yourself within the business and grow into a senior leadership position over time.
Role
- Managing projects end‑to‑end, including taking projects from pre‑construction handover through to completion
- Working closely with Pre‑Construction and CAD teams early in the process
- Managing technical submittals, RFIs and programme delivery
- Overseeing variations, value engineering and commercial performance
- Weekly reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
Projects are London‑based, with flexibility required depending on site locations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager within M&E or building services
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
- Confident managing clients and multiple stakeholders
- Organised, proactive and able to drive projects forward
- Experience working across both office and site environments
- Comfortable using digital platforms (Google Workspace experience beneficial)
