Full time, Permanent. Bridgwater (Hinkley Point C), Somerset (9 day working fortnight – every other Friday off). Circa £70,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits.

Adeptus are proud to be partnered with a tier 1 engineering services provider who are part of the exciting Hinkley Point C nuclear power station build, one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure. We are currently looking for a Construction Systems & Data Manager to join the team. You will own and optimise the digital systems that support site installation, quality control, and reporting, ensuring accurate, reliable data informs delivery decisions in a highly regulated nuclear environment.

The Role

• Manage and deploy site installation software aligned to project scope
• Oversee onboarding, access control, governance, hardware and security
• Ensure ITPs are controlled, sequenced and available for construction use
• Maintain lifecycle quality records in line with client and statutory requirements
• Validate and report quality and performance data (Power BI and other analytics tools)
• Work closely with Construction, Quality and Records teams to resolve system and record issues
• Support the wider digital strategy across site operation

About you

• Construction Quality / Site Systems experienced
• Digital Construction / Installation Control
• Strong understanding of construction phases, inspection and quality processes
• Experience managing digital systems in a site-based or regulated environment
• Proven data validation and reporting capability (Power BI desirable)
• Experience producing and controlling ITPs and quality records
• Experience with Viewpoint/Fieldview desirable
