Oculus are currently working with a highly-regarded international law firm, with strong roots in the NorthWest. This role in particular is Manchester based.
They have recently made a couple of junior hires into the team and are now looking to bolster their team further with a Senior level hire.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and a very competitive salary of £80,000 – £100,000+ DOE
The position involves advising on a wide range of complex Real Estate matters including:
- Advising on a wide range of landlord and tenant matters, property management, and sales and acquisitions
- Managing large-scale projects involving the roll-out of leases or easements
- Developing and supervising junior team members
