If you’re a consultant who gets restless being boxed into one specialism—this is the role for you.
At Korn Ferry, we don’t separate business strategy from people strategy.
We bring them together to help organisations actually make change happen. That means working across the full organisational consulting landscape—not just one piece of it.
One day you might be shaping an organisation design to support a new operating model. The next, you’re helping a client rethink how they reward and retain talent, or assessing leadership capability to deliver transformation.
It’s all connected. And that’s exactly how we work.
What you’ll be part of
Our organisational consulting business is built around five interconnected areas:
- Organisational Strategy – designing structures, roles and operating models that make strategy executable
- Total Rewards – building reward frameworks that drive performance and fairness
- Assessment & Succession – identifying and accelerating the right talent
- Leadership Development – equipping leaders to lead through change
- Talent Acquisition – ensuring organisations can attract the talent they need
Most firms treat these as separate offerings. We don’t. We bring them together to solve bigger, more meaningful problems for clients.
The role
This is a consulting-first role.
You won’t be hired to sit in a narrow lane. Instead, you’ll work across different types of projects, building real breadth while sharpening your core consulting skills.
You’ll:
- Work directly with clients to unpick complex people and organisational challenges
- Help shape clear, practical solutions—not just theoretical recommendations
- Move between different types of work—from organisation design to leadership, to rewards, to talent
- Contribute to workshops, analysis, storytelling, and delivery—seeing projects through end-to-end
- Learn quickly, adapt often, and build a well-rounded human capital consulting toolkit
It’s fast-paced, varied, and genuinely interesting work.
What we’re looking for
We’re not looking for someone who’s done everything—we’re looking for someone who wants to.
- You bring solid consulting foundations—structured thinking, problem solving, and client awareness (circa 3-5 years)
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy figuring things out
- You’re curious about how organisations really work—and how people make them succeed (or not)
- You can build credibility with clients and communicate ideas clearly
- You’re motivated to grow across multiple areas rather than staying in one niche
Why this role stands out
A lot of roles say “variety.” This one actually delivers it.
You’ll build experience across:
- Organisation design and transformation
- Reward and job architecture
- Leadership and talent strategy
- Workforce and people analytics
- Talent and succession challenges
All while developing as a well-rounded consultant—not just a subject matter expert in one lane
Why Korn Ferry
We’re a global organisational consulting firm focused on one thing: helping organisations perform better through their people.
That means:
- Real exposure to complex, high-impact client work
- The chance to work across integrated solutions rather than siloed projects
- Access to deep expertise, tools, and IP—but with the freedom to apply your own thinking
- A culture that values curiosity, growth, and collaboration
If you’re looking for a role where you can build breadth, sharpen your consulting skills, and work on meaningful organisational challenges—this is it.
