Overview
Contract Project Manager needed to lead an enterprise CCaaS implementation. You will be a dynamic PM with a proven track record of delivering in a client-facing environment, partnering with the Program Manager and Test Manager to establish a robust test strategy across multiple workstreams. A background in Contact Center as a Service is essential, with the ability to build a comprehensive Test Plan and manage it through delivery with a cross-functional team. This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start based in Manchester. The role is mostly remote with occasional travel to Manchester.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive progress across multiple workstreams within an enterprise CCaaS implementation.
- Collaborate with Program Manager and Test Manager to design and implement a rigorous Test Strategy.
- Create and manage a comprehensive Test Plan and oversee its execution through delivery with cross-functional teams.
- Operate in a client-facing environment, ensuring high levels of communication and stakeholder management.
- Coordinate with IT/CRM, QA, and business teams to align testing with project milestones.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in CCaaS or similar enterprise contact center projects.
- Strong background building and managing Test Plans and Test Strategies across multiple workstreams.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.
- Location: Manchester, United Kingdom. Role is contract; mostly remote with occasional travel.
- Availability: Immediate start is required.
