Overview
ReMode is seeking a motivated, organised Project Manager to join our small, passionate team, supporting young people and communities through creativity, sustainable fashion, and wellbeing activities. This role is with ReMode Youth, a community interest company that supports young people and local communities of Renfrewshire through creativity, sustainable fashion and textiles, and wellbeing-focused activities.
Location: Dumfries and Galloway, East Ayrshire, East Renfrewshire, Glasgow City, Inverclyde, Renfrewshire, South Ayrshire
Responsibilities
- Support funding and finances, working closely with the coordinator to coordinate projects and help ensure the organisation runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
- Coordinate projects in collaboration with the team to deliver impact for young people and local communities.
- Assist with budgeting and funding processes, and contribute to the organisation’s commitment to inclusion and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Experience in the third sector, community work or social enterprise; confident managing budgets and funding processes.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a small organisation where people, values and community impact matter.
- Previous experience of fashion or textiles is not essential, but an interest in sustainability or creative approaches to community work is welcomed.
Details
Working hours: 17.5 hours per week (salary £15,970 actual; £31,940 FTE pro-rata).
