Project Manager

CRFS is looking for a Project Manager to manage cross-functional projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality RF technology solutions on time and within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of projects, including but not limited to:

• Leading project planning sessions and coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks.
• Track project performance and report progress and KPI to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication across engineering, product, and commercial teams.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and standards.
• Profile and manage resources across multiple Engineering projects.

Experience and Qualifications Required

• Successful track record of delivering complex Engineering projects to specification, time and cost into Production.
• Experience of project management best practice: risk management, compliance management, configuration management and earned value management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience working in RF, defence, or embedded systems industries.
