Skills & Requirements:
New Business:
- Hunt down new customers across target markets
- Open doors, spark conversations, and create opportunities
- Take prospects from first contact through to confirmed order
Growing Existing Accounts
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Make sure key accounts are thriving and growing
Driving Projects & Pipeline
- Manage enquiries from idea stage through to production
- Keep a strong, healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Stay close to customer demand and upcoming projects
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in field sales or account management, ideally within a technical environment
- Background in aftermarket, OEM, or distribution (ideal but not essential)
- Proven ability to win new business and build relationships
