The Role

This is a field-based position for a multi-skilled Mobile Forklift Engineer, covering primarily South Cheshire and Stoke.

You’ll be responsible for attending customer sites to service, maintain, and repair a range of material handling equipment, including forklifts and access equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintenance, and repair of gas, diesel, and electric forklifts
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
  • Attending breakdowns and carrying out on-site repairs
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Managing your own workload efficiently across multiple sites

The Package

  • £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
  • Company van + fuel card (personal use option available)
  • Door-to-door pay
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x
  • Phone and laptop provided
  • Workwear supplied
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Pension scheme

About You

  • Experience working on forklifts or similar material handling equipment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a mobile role
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Positive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
