Our longstanding client, a Top 20 City law firm, is looking to recruit an NQ-2 PQE Private Wealth Disputes associate who sits within their market leading private wealth team.
Responsibilities
- Deal with trusts disputes, wills/succession, 1975 Act claims, administration of complex estates often with an international dimension, and COP applications.
Qualifications
- E&W qualified and currently working within a dedicated contentious private client team at a leading law firm (only NQs who have had a dedicated seat solely within private wealth disputes will be considered).
