Accounts & Audit Senior / Manager – Guildford

We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded accountancy practice in Guildford who are looking to strengthen their team with a hire that can be shaped from Senior through to Senior Manager level.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a strong reputation, larger and more complex client base, and genuine scope to progress all the way to Partner.

The Opportunity

This is a broad, hands‑on role offering real variety and exposure across multiple service lines:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact
  • Reviewing statutory accounts (FRS 102, 102 1A, 105)
  • Overseeing corporate tax and supporting with personal tax matters
  • Leading or supporting on audit assignments (approx. 10–20%)
  • Getting involved in a range of advisory projects (systems, growth, structuring, etc.)
  • Reviewing work and supporting the development of junior staff
  • Working closely with partners on more complex, technical assignments

What We’re Looking For

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with UK practice experience
  • Experience across accounts, tax, and ideally some audit exposure
  • Confident managing client relationships and delivering high‑quality work
  • Someone who enjoys variety and wants to broaden their skillset further
