Overseeing project and programme delivery for external clients, conducting analysis and reviews to drive effective planning and continuous improvement. Manages day‑to‑day objectives and KPIs, providing leadership across teams. Accountable for internal and external outcomes on appointments typically valued between £2.5m and £6m in Mace fee.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Directing safe, inclusive and compliant delivery, championing safety first and wellbeing across all project environments.
- Directing end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.
- Upholding ethical, financially responsible operations while shaping long‑term business strategy and sustainable outcomes.
- Developing high‑performing teams, fostering innovation, collaboration and best‑practice engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Overseeing end‑to‑end project delivery, managing timeframes, budgets and stakeholder expectations while ensuring Safety First standards.
- Managing client and consultant teams, driving collaboration, effective governance and high‑quality delivery.
- Optimising performance through best practice, innovation and alignment with C2P, digital and sustainability goals.
- Managing senior stakeholders, support wider business activities and develop high‑performing teams.
You’ll Need To Have
- Professional membership with RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent.
- Extensive project and programme delivery experience in the relevant sector.
- Strong commercial, financial and senior‑stakeholder management capability.
- Deep project management expertise, with understanding of carbon and sustainability impacts.
