The Role

We are looking for a senior, relationship-led commercial operator to take ownership of IMAGINE's corporate partnerships function. You will originate, develop, and close highvalue corporate deals, typically £100k and above, that align with IMAGINE's brand, standards, and values.

This is not a volume role. It is a quality role. You will be working at the intersection of commercial excellence and genuine mission alignment, representing IMAGINE to the most senior decision-makers in global business.

Ideal Profile

  • Proven track record closing high-value corporate partnerships and sponsorships, ideally within premium events, leadership platforms, private networks, or adjacent high-end B2B environments.
  • A strong senior network and genuine credibility with C-suite, CMO, HRD, L&D, and Brand Partnerships stakeholders.
  • Excellent commercial judgement and negotiation skills, with comfort in bespoke deal structuring.
  • High integrity and brand sensitivity. You can represent a premium offering without resorting to hard-sell tactics, because you understand that the best partnerships are the result of genuine alignment.
  • A self-directed, outcomes-focused operator who thrives in an early‑stage scaling environment and is energised by building something of real significance.
