Backgrounds of interest may include:
- RFIC / MMIC development
- Microwave amplifier design
- GaAs, GaN, SiGe or CMOS technologies
- ADS, Cadence, HFSS, CST or similar tools
- EM simulation and RF optimisation
- RF test and characterisation
- High-frequency electronics integration
