About you

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with a strong professional background
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar high-volume FMCG environment
  • Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and ERP systems
  • Proactive, disciplined, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

What you'll do

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and insightful performance dashboards
  • Oversee balance sheet integrity, internal controls, and audit processes
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve profitability, product margins, and cost controls
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform strategic planning
  • Drive initiatives for operational efficiency and cost reduction across the business
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury functions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to meet high performance standards
  • Enhance ERP and reporting systems, standardise processes, and lead continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and external audit requirements
