What You'll Be Doing Identify and prioritise opportunities where data can add value Translate business problems into data solutions Build, test and deploy models using a range of techniques (statistical, ML, AI) Work with engineering teams to source and prepare data Develop dashboards and reports where needed (e.g. Power BI) Monitor and improve models in production Support data governance and best practice across the organisation What We're Looking For Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering) Strong experience in data science, analytics or machine learning roles Solid skills in SQL, Python and modern data platforms (e.g. Databricks) Experience building and deploying models in a production environment Comfortable working in an agile environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders Why Apply?
