I am working with a Housing Association to recruit for a Project Manager to join their newly established PMO and Business Change Department.
This is a role where the projects you deliver directly shape improvements for colleagues, customers and the wider communities we support. You’ll be helping to guide meaningful change that people will actually feel.
In this position, you’ll take responsibility for delivering a variety of projects from start to finish. You’ll be working alongside teams across the organisation, helping everyone stay focused, organised and clear on what needs to happen next. You’ll have space to plan properly, build strong relationships, solve problems as they appear and keep projects moving in the right direction. Because the role is hybrid, you’ll also enjoy the balance and flexibility that comes with working both on site and from home.
What makes this role enjoyable is the level of interaction and influence you’ll have. You’ll work closely with people at all levels and become someone they trust to guide them through change. Your ability to bring structure, clarity and calm to busy environments will make you an important part of the team. - End to End Project Management
- Ideally worked in a Change or Transformation Environment
- Stakeholder Engagement at all levels
- Understanding of modern project approaches like Agile or Waterfall

The salary on offer is £46,000 with a great benefits package
This is a remote first role with 1/2 days a week onsite in their office in the South West/.
