We are currently looking for a Project Manager – OFCI who will effectively and professionally lead the day-to-day management, within a medium to large scale multi-disciplinary data centre project, the specific scope discipline including design, procurement, installation, logistics, compliance, commissioning, and project handover, within the Skanska construction team.

As the Project Manager – OFCI, you will:

  • Ensure full compliance of design, engineering, construction, and commissioning processes.
  • Develop and administer controls on the project or workplace and ensures full implementation and compliance.
  • Understand, develop, scrutinise, deliver, and monitor end-to-end programme. Responsible for creating Plan Bs in relation to specific package responsibility.
  • Active control of commercial and contractual aspects applicable to specific packages under your control.
  • Assist with tender submissions and be aware of and input into the risk profile, contract conditions, budget, opportunities, and route to margin.
  • Undertake line management responsibilities for direct and indirect employees.

We are looking for:

  • Appropriate knowledge and experience to manage multiple disciplines/interfaces and work sequencing.
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering within a team medium to large scale data centre MEP contract.
  • Formal H&S training accreditations, minimum SMSTS.
  • Proven track record in leading teams and projects.
  • Experience and Knowledge in relation to the correct testing and commissioning of the specific package management.
