Our multidisciplinary team, including an on-site Occupational Therapist, provides holistic support, covering all aspects of daily living, physical and emotional wellbeing, medication management, and social inclusion. The Role As a Project Worker at House 10, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals live meaningful and fulfilling lives. Administering and monitoring medication. Accompanying residents to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities. Contributing to individual support and risk management plans. A Typical Day A morning shift might include helping residents prepare breakfast, supporting them with medication, and attending appointments or community activities. Evening shifts focus on preparing dinner, social time, and winding down for the night. Nights ensure safety, comfort, and continuity of care. Experience in mental health or supported housing is helpful but not essential what matters most is your attitude and willingness to make a difference. Support & Development New staff are supported through a structured induction and probation process, ongoing supervision, and monthly reflective practice sessions.
