- Proven experience building and shipping commercial machine learning models in production environments, ideally within credit, lending, or financial services.
- High proficiency in Python and the modern ML stack, with a strong grasp of the trade-offs between different machine learning architectures and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead projects independently and explain sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical business partners.
