Senior Real Estate Finance Solicitor

We are working with a leading UK law firm based in Belfast for a Senior Solicitor to join their Real Estate Finance team.

The Role

The successful candidate will join an excellent Real Estate Finance team, advising on a broad range of borrower and lender-side transactions across development and investment matters.

The solicitor will be involved across the full transaction lifecycle, including drafting and negotiating facility and security documents, and supervising junior team members.

• 4+ years’ PQE;
• Strong team player;
• Willingness to engage in business development;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Technically excellent.
