Senior Project Manager
Albany Growth is working with a Cotswolds-based tech services firm undergoing a company-wide transformation under new leadership. With a recently appointed CEO and a 3‑year strategic roadmap in motion, the firm is scaling rapidly and investing heavily in Sales, Solutions, Engineering and Project Delivery.
The firm is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑value customer transformation programmes – from multi‑site infrastructure rollouts to complex managed service deployments. This is a senior‑level delivery role with real ownership, autonomy, and visibility across executive stakeholders.
- Extensive experience delivering complex, business‑critical tech programmes
- Strong background in VAR, MSP or Systems Integrator environments
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure delivery: networking, compute, storage, security
- Proven ability to manage multi‑workstream, multi‑site and international rollouts
- Excellent stakeholder engagement – from technical teams to C‑level executives
- Confident leading cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors
- Certifications in PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or Agile/Scrum within ITIL frameworks preferred
- A strategic thinker with a hands‑on mindset, able to drive outcomes under pressure
