Senior Technical Consultant (Network Security)
(Remote within ~2–2.5 hours of London)
We’re supporting a growing, specialist environment looking to bring in a Senior Technical Consultant with strong experience across Fortinet technologies with some experience with Palo Alto to join a high-performing Professional Services function.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, working across complex customer environments — leading engagements from initial design through to implementation and handover.
Areas of focus include:
- Leading technical delivery across network security projects
- Running architecture workshops and Proof of Concepts
- Designing and implementing NGFW solutions (Fortinet)
- Producing HLDs, LLDs, migration and test documentation
- Acting as technical lead across customer engagements
- Supporting pre-sales with technical input where required
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex deployment challenges
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto and/or Fortinet
- Comfortable leading workshops and technical discussions
- Strong documentation capability (HLDs / LLDs etc.)
- Ideally operating at PCNSE / NSE7 level (or equivalent experience)
- Methodical, detail-driven and comfortable in fast-paced environments
This is well suited to someone who enjoys owning delivery end-to-end, staying close to the technology, and working across a variety of complex environments rather than BAU support.
