Mechanical Project Manager

• Solid background in mechanical systems, MEP coordination, and installation on complex projects
• Strong commercial awareness, including cost control and budget management
• Good understanding of HSE standards related to MEP works
• Ability to manage internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners
• Excellent stakeholder skills with experience working closely with clients and design teams

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the handover from Estimating into Construction
• Working with the Project Director to ensure the project is correctly resourced
• Validating the project and setting up business plans, cost controls, cash flow, and billing schedules
• Preparing key project documentation, including procurement plans, design schedules, programmes, s-curves, and histograms
• Overseeing safety and quality plans for the project
• Mobilising subcontractors and labour in line with the delivery strategy
• Ensuring all project measures and deliverables are aligned before construction begins
