The Opportunity

My client is looking to hire 360 Recruitment Consultants with at least 1 year of experience in either contract or permanent recruitment.

This is a true full-cycle recruitment role, giving you ownership of your market and the opportunity to build long-term client partnerships within the financial technology ecosystem.

You will be working in markets where average fees sit around £30k, giving consultants the potential to generate significant billings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with FinTech companies, banks and financial institutions
  • Generate new business opportunities within your specialist market
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief through to placement
  • Source and engage high-calibre technology and financial services professionalsDeliver both contract and permanent recruitment solutions
  • Build your reputation as a specialist within a defined FinTech or technology vertical

What My Client Is Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment (360 model preferred)
  • Experience within contract or permanent recruitment
  • Billing a minimum of £150k per annum
  • A strong desire to move into FinTech recruitment

Previous experience recruiting within technology, financial services or FinTech is beneficial but not essential.
