Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global creative and communications agency, working across a major consumer brand portfolio within a Large Tech brand. This role sits within a high-performing social and content team, delivering integrated, social‑first campaigns that connect brands with audiences in authentic and culturally relevant ways. You’ll work closely with strategy, creative and production teams to lead the delivery of best‑in‑class social campaigns and content across the year.
The successful candidate will be experienced in leading social accounts, managing campaigns end‑to‑end, and balancing brand‑building content with performance‑driven creative that supports commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Campaign Leadership
- Lead the delivery of large‑scale social and content campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, production, and wider agency teams to deliver impactful work.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative standard.
- Identify opportunities for brands to engage with trends, culture, and audience behaviour in meaningful ways.
Client Management
- Build strong relationships with mid‑to‑senior level clients.
- Lead meetings, presentations, and campaign discussions with confidence.
- Act as a senior escalation point for client and team issues.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across complex projects and organisational structures.
Team & Project Management
- Oversee project delivery and support junior team members.
- Ensure smooth internal processes and ways of working across teams and partners.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and commercial delivery effectively.
- Collaborate across disciplines to drive integrated marketing solutions.
Strategic & Commercial Oversight
- Understand client business objectives and apply strategic thinking to campaign delivery.
- Support proposal development and ensure projects remain commercially viable.
- Monitor project profitability and resource management.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand social activity.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in social media account management within an agency or in‑house environment.
- Proven ability to lead integrated social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of both paid and organic social.
- Experience managing content that drives both engagement and commercial performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- Financial and commercial awareness, including budget management.
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Passion for social trends, platform developments, and digital culture.
- Experience within Tech, FMCG, retail, or consumer brands is beneficial but not essential.
