Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager required. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial fit-out projects across London, with values ranging from 100k to 1.5m. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on managing subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget.

Mechanical Project Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple mechanical fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors
• Develop and maintain project programmes
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations
• Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and reporting

Our client is looking to pay 75k – 85k on apermanent basis or 330 – 380 per day on a daily rate
