Estimator Role

A premier specialist interior and refurbishment main contractor is seeking an Estimator to join their growing commercial team. This is a standout opportunity to work on an impeccable portfolio of high-end luxury projects across the hospitality, elite commercial, high-end residential, and luxury retail sectors. You will be delivering landmark schemes where detail, quality, andcraftsmanshiptruly matter.

Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate incoming tender information across various formats
Compile highlyaccurate, detailed, and compliant cost estimates
Source, review, and negotiate competitive quotes from specialist subcontractors and suppliers
Analysecontractual and supplementary tender documents for commercial impact
Manage all technical and pricing correspondence with clients, consultants, and site teams
Attend site visits to evaluate physical conditions and check exact tender pricing requirements
Participate in mid-tender and post-tender review meetings with clients and design teams
Manage the post-tender query process and follow up onsubmittedbids
Provide clear, detailed internal handover packages to the operations team on successful tenders

Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in a commercial Estimating role
Main Contractorfit-outand refurbishment experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Strong IT skills and sharp commercial acumen
Knowledge of estimating software systems (experience withEvaluateispreferrable)
