We have a fantastic opportunity for an Executive PA & Office Manager based at our Ballinamallard, Northern Ireland office.
This is a full‑time role, working hours are: Monday – Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm & Friday 8.30am to 3.15pm

Our Commercial & Industrial division designs, fabricates and constructs structural steelwork for a variety of different sectors including commercial offices, stadia & leisure, industrial & distribution, data centres, retail and health and education.
The division has manufacturing sites in three locations: Dalton, Lostock, and Enniskillen. Each has full‑service capabilities and modern manufacturing processes enabling us to provide a high‑quality product to a variety of different sectors. Each of our sites has its own strong reputation in the market and between them cover a wider geographical area, including Europe. They continue to set the bar high in their highly complex market!
Vacancy Details
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive PA & Office Manager to support our Directors and ensure the smooth running of our Ballinamallard office. This is a varied and fast‑paced role, ideal for someone progressing from an administrative background or an experienced PA/Office Manager seeking a new challenge.
You will oversee daily office operations, manage administration across the site, support senior colleagues with complex diary and travel planning, and maintain a professional, well‑run working environment. The role also includes line management of office support staff and responsibility for ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
Executive PA Support
- Proactively manage multiple Directors’ diaries, organising meetings, anticipating scheduling conflicts and ensuring smooth daily workflow.
- Prepare high‑quality documentation and meeting packs, often working to tight deadlines.
- Manage Directors’ expenses, credit card reconciliations, and handle confidential administration with professionalism and discretion.
- Organise meeting rooms across multiple offices, ensuring agendas, materials and attendees are fully prepared.
- Provide responsive support on ad‑hoc tasks such as document formatting, printing, binding and coordinating urgent requests.
Office Management
- Oversee the daily running of the Ballinamallard office, ensuring a professional, well‑maintained and compliant working environment.
- Line manage the Office Administrator providing guidance, prioritisation and performance support.
- Support reception cover when required, including greeting visitors, managing deliveries, overseeing post and setting up meeting rooms.
- Manage office facilities, supplies, vendor relationships and maintenance schedules.
- Raise and approve purchase orders, process invoices and monitor office budgets.
- Work with IT to support office systems, equipment needs and building access.
- Coordinate company events, Senior Leadership activities, training sessions and off‑site meetings.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive PA, Senior Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task, prioritise and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and confident approach.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office management systems.
- Ability to plan ahead, handle sensitive information, and work to tight deadlines when required.
