The Senior Manager, International Commercial Operations is responsible for design and development of new Commercial Operations capabilities and the ongoing enhancement to existing processes and systems. The role will ensure market level requirements are captured and designed into International and Global systems (e.g. FOL, new CRM capabilities, Asset management tools etc.) & the deployment of new systems and processes is effective at a market level.

Partner acrosscommercial excellence,sales & marketing, finance, supply chain to ensure integration ofcommercial operationsprocess and systemsintoDS operating modelwith a specific focus on the commercial integration with IBP.

Support best practice sharing across international markets & ensurebest practices are designed into future process and systems capabilities.

Provideindividualmarket execution supportasneeded fornew process and system deployment

Ensure Health Care Compliance, Quality & Safety principles are championed and actively practiced at every level of the organization
