We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who can set the direction for retention, supporter engagement and stewardship across our Community Fundraising Team, ensuring our supporters are at the forefront of decision‑making.The role is accountable for leading a team of Community Fundraisers while maximising income, retention and supporter progression. Working across the wider fundraising function, the postholder will drive alignment of processes, systems and ways of working, enabling a more joined‑up and scalable approach to engagement. Through strong leadership, the role will enable teams to deliver high‑quality engagement and improve the lifetime value of supporters for Diabetes UK.Join us and be a part of something truly transformative.
